Since apparently you have no intention of sending either my order or the refund of my money, I will travel to assure my complaint is properly filed with the Canadian government as well.

Thank you.  I'm presently using two (2) alphaShields.  They are great for both wired and wireless interference.  I'm  wired.  But, the hacker, Micheal Thieler uses all sorts of wireless methods to sit "Man in the middle" and intercept my transmissions.

He, is my neighbor's son and has terrorized me for over a year. The District Attorney's Office and IC3 are useless.  Nonetheless, he's prevented me from making a living.  As a lawyer, I was unable to write any briefs or even a letter.  I've spent possible more than $25,000.00 in computers, peripherals, technical support, contracts, software, hardware, and so much more.

Your product has been very useful and make it a little more difficult for him to operate.  Again, thank you.
